Worlding: writing workshop

Service Description

Each session will be a two hour writing workshop with carla. Includes prompts and discussion! ❤ Tue, August 15 @ 6-8 PM (pacific): Open to all! ❤ Tue, August 22 @ 6-8 PM (pacific): For folks with neuro-difference / learning disabilities: from language processing to dyslexia, and beyond. (payment information below) ❤ What if through the process of creating stories we can connect more to ourselves, our surroundings, and to each other? ❤ What if we took more time with our feelings, including the hard ones like despair, what stories would emerge? We know that storytelling (the doing and reading) creates profound change--inspiring many of us to take action now, so together we begin to create more just and autonomous worlds!! let’s play together! 🦋 Aug 22nd workshop: the offerings for each class will be similar, but the second one will be for a smaller group: there is space for 5 folks. carla will orient the workshop based on the needs of who signs up... as well, carla will dive into what she has experienced and learned about being a writer who lives with various learning disabilities, etc. Costs: Pay What You Can If you don't have the means to pay, that's OK! A range of payments are welcomed as I attempt to survive/thrive through Capitalism. 1. price of coffee, $5.00 (or more) 2. If you have some extra money: $25-$50 3.
